Tri-Valley Inc. is widely known for its 30-year history of service to people over 60 in South-Central Massachusetts, but for much of that time we have also provided younger disabled adults with housing and care programs.

We are the state-designated provider of Adult Family Care and Personal Care Attendant programs for elder and disabled people in 45 Worcester County cities and towns that extend beyond our core 25-town service region. Caregivers have long been an important part of our service focus.
